The Discovery Call is a 15-30 minute complimentary phone call to discuss your project, introduce ourselves and determine if our services are the right fit for your project.
Step 2: New Client Consultation
During the One Hour Consultation, Katie will walk through your home and discuss design challenges, aspirations, style preferences, and brainstorm ideas to elevate your space. You may ask as many questions as you like and we will provide guidance, suggestions, and inspiration to help set you on the path to a beautifully designed and functional space. Katie will listen closely to understand your lifestyle, goals, and how you envision using and enjoying each space in your home. No matter the scope of your project, after the consultation you will be left with a sense of direction and actionable steps to get you started on your project.
Step 3: Become a Client

-Minimum $6,000 design retainer per project (40 hours of design services).
-Required renovation budgets (not including design fees) as follows:
-Minimum $10,000 furniture budget per room
-Minimum $30,000 remodel budget for bathrooms.
-Minimum $60,000 remodel budget for kitchens.

Yes! While the best results come from designing a room top to bottom, I understand and respect that there are many reasons why you may wish to keep and incorporate existing pieces. Each space and piece has a story in time and can be repurposed as needed.

Yes, I have access to a wide array of trade-only furniture and finish vendors who carry unique and one of a kind pieces that are available exclusively to Interior Design Professionals.
